BACK PAIN!
Back pain affects 80% of Americans at some time in their lives. It comes in many forms, from lower back pain, middle back pain, or upper back pain to low back pain with sciatica. Common back pain causes include nerve and muscular problems, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis. Many people find relief from symptoms of back pain with pain medication or pain killers.
Great exercise to do for lower back pain: lay flat on floor. Right knee to chest for 2 minutes, then release and do left knee to chest for 2 minutes , release and then hold both knees to chest also for 2 minutes. 6 minutes a day, easy and you can feel better than before. Try to do this every morning and every night and within a week your back will feel so much better.
Low back pain can affect the back anywhere below the ribs and above the legs. The lower back is the connection between the upper and lower body, and it bears most of the body’s weight. Because of these roles, it is easily injured when you lift, reach, or twist.
Almost everyone has low back pain at one time or another. The good news is that most low back pain will go away in a few weeks with some basic self-care. But if your pain is severe or lasts more than a couple of weeks, see your doctor.
