I have been asked this question so many times as there are so many ways to breathe today. Each exercise discipline has it’s own way of breathing and sometimes it is difficult for non exercise folks to do. Therefore we came up with a great way to do your breathing that is fun. easy, and helps open the Lymphatic system and lungs all at the same time. Bet you can’t wait to find out what it is? BLOWING BUBBLES! Yes, get yourself a bottle of bubbles and sit there or stand and blow bubbles. The contraction and release of your breathing during your blowing helps opening your thorax area, your lungs and opens your entire breathing cavity and your Lymphatic System.
